Hi all, this is my second time asking Josh and his team for help. This time they replaced all the floors in the upper level, basement and the basement stairs. I simply cannot say enough good about Floor Coverings International and my only regret is I am moving out of province and they cannot do the flooring in my new home. With their expertly installed, high quality floors and underlay, they helped me get $41,000 over the asking price when we sold our home! What else needs to be said!

We hired Josh and his team to install new sub floor, hardwood and integrated tile in our home. We had an excellent experience. They arrive on time, deliver what was promised, and are extremely responsive. Even throughout some scheduling hiccups on our part (aligning multiple vendors for a major renovation is no joke!), Josh was flexible and upfront with what was and was not possible. We could not be happier with the process and outcome. We would not hesitate to work with Floor Coverings International again.

We had Josh give us a quote to replace the laminate flooring we had and put down vinyl planks. Josh was always professional, friendly and on time. He was happy to answer all of our questions. We would recommend him and will definitely use him for any future flooring needs.

We had a flood in the basement which meant the laminate had to be removed and replaced. Josh and Floor Coverings International were available very quickly and installed the new floor within days. They even handled moving around the furniture and were done in a very fast manner.

Josh and his team were very professional and responsive. The job was a re-carpeting of a multiple floor old building that has been turned into office spaces. They worked around us to ensure there was as little disruption to our workflow as possible. We are very pleased with the final outcome.

Another excellent flooring install! This is the second time I have used Floor Coverings International of Ottawa for flooring. This time for the carpeting of the two stairwells in my home. The excellent service and advice from Josh, the high quality of the install and product and the reasonable cost put this as my number one company for my flooring needs. I highly recommend!!!

I would highly recommend Josh and his team. Josh was so helpful right from our first phone call/email. He used his expertise to help us work through all the possible options for our floor and stairs until we arrived at a solution that fit ours needs and budget perfectly. Josh kept us up-to-date at every stage of the project, answering text or emails without delay. If you need flooring, get Josh!

We've used Floor Coverings International for two projects over the past few months and are completely impressed with the service, response and quality of the work performed. The kitchen flooring project went smoothly without any issues (rare for these types of projects) and the result is fantastic. Catrina and Haley were awesome and had great design ideas! They ensured the final result was perfect, finding imperfections in the product that we didn't see and correcting them promptly!
Josh was super responsive on every request from the first time we saw the van through to providing design insights, saving us time and money. Having the samples available in-home made the selection easy and actually. fun!!
I can't recommend FCI enough and we look forward to using them in our upcoming projects!

Josh and his team did a great job replacing our hardwood after it was botched by another company. From the moment of first contact, Josh was very easy to work with and accommodating. Communication was always prompt. It was clear that Josh was committed to accommodating our budget and the project's needs. He always worked around our schedule and very flexible. The instillation process was smooth. The installers, Luke and Pat, were professional and completed the work in a single day.
