| Warranty | Scope of Warranty: This warranty applies exclusively to kitchen renovation and remodeling services performed by Forever Kitchens (“the Company”) in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, at the property specified in the service agreement. The warranty covers defects in both workmanship and materials used in the kitchen renovation project. Duration of Warranty: The warranty period extends for [X years/months] from the date of project completion, as indicated in the final project documentation. Certain materials or components used in the renovation may have their own manufacturer warranties, which are provided directly to the client. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear. Damage due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, or accidents caused by the client or third parties. Work performed by other contractors not associated with Forever Kitchens post-completion of the initial project. Cosmetic issues, including but not limited to surface scratches or marks, do not impact the overall functionality or integrity of the work. Claim Procedure: Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Forever Kitchens within [30 days] of the client first noticing any defect. The Company will evaluate the claim to determine coverage under this warranty. If covered, the Company will undertake necessary repairs or replacement at no additional cost to the client. Limitation of Liability: The liability of Forever Kitchens under this warranty is restricted to the repair or replacement of faulty workmanship or materials. The Company is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the defect or during the repair process. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original client named in the renovation service agreement. Governing Law: This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Miscellaneous: This document represents the full warranty agreement |
