In April 2017 got quote owner of Friendly City Roofing to replace garden ties around my flower garden and also to replace garage door. TO DATE THESE JOBS HAVE NEVER BEEN DONE. September 2017 after water coming thru my bedroom ceiling I had them shingle my roof. They were also to remove wet insulation and replace and repair the eight inch rip in my bedroom ceiling where the water came thru. The owner agreed to do both repairs. They were paid in full before they even started the roof. Asked the owner when they were doing the roof about the inside repairs, he said the wet insulation would dry out. Well wet insulation turns to mould. and now they refuse to fix. So as an elderly senior I am left with this. They refuse to take calls as apparently they are doing with other customers On the Better Business Bureau for Western Ontario bbb.org is one review stating they had to threaten a lawsuit to get their money back when the company kept pushing the timeline out. It also shows six complaints in the last year for this company Their rating has moved from A to B plus and the star rating is down.
