Ralph specializes in being a generalist. You can think of Ralph as your " Family Doctor" who can take care of most of your needs but also knows "if you need a specialist" , "what kind of specialist" and "what specialist" to send you to.
During the free assessment visit, if we feel you need a specialist, we can provide you contact information to a specialist. We have a list which we have dealt with over the years. As we will already be familiar with your needs, if you need our help, we would be pleased to inform that specialist what your needs are, in technical language and if necessary take pictures and immediately BlackBerry e-mail them. We provide this service free of charge, for we want you to feel comfortable about calling us first for guidance on all your home repair and renovation needs.
Phones are personally answered from 9:00am - 9:00pm 7 days per week, except Sunday between 10:30am - 12:30pm.
