Jeff made all the promises then his team damaged my house, damaged my furniture. I was assigned a contact. He was going to help me get my furniture fixed. His name was Tore. He didn’t respond to me. Then I was assigned Rick he made me several promises. He would show up to review the damage from the videos and photos I sent. he never responded. I emailed Jeff to advise him that this occurred with both of the contacts provided to me from his company. Jeff has yet to respond. If I could give Gilberts Mountain Movers zero stars I would.

I have used this company several times in Strathmore, they have even moved my parents to Edmonton for me, those guys worked through a incredible rain/hail storm, did not miss a beat when unloading that truck. fast, efficient, and most pleasant. I have since highly recommended them to many others and everyone has the same thoughts. Great service. we thought their pricing was better than the competition.
