I got the walkout and windows for my house basement from Grand contracting.
The team started well and tried to finish the work on time. When they finished - they promised to clean up after them. They left my yard in a complete mess - with all the construction left overs, wood, iron rods, cement chunks etc. they did not even level the ground after digging.
On their last day of work they even demanded a tip, promising to come back for the remaining work.
After multiple reminders and fake promises committing to dates for cleanup- they stoped taking calls. They never came back to complete my work.
I will now have to pay extra to get their mess cleaned up and even pay for landscaping to make my place look like what it was before.
The building inspector did not pass their work and pointed out many flaws.
I will have to hire another contractor to fix the issues.
I will not recommend Grand contracting to anyone.
