This is a long overdue response but we were simply blown away by the stuff these two guys can do. We had to renovate our kitchen, foyer, powder room and from day one Loc sat down with us to review our needs. What was pretty nice was he gave us a written quote within the day and before he left he had a copy of his contractor license(which is very important) for us to review and research.
We interviewed close to 15 contractors and we had 2 contractors who provided a written detailed quote within the week. The rest of them were smooth talkers or maybe honest ppl and my impression was that they did not know how to use Microsoft word!! Hence the delay perhaps...
From day one Loc was open with us, come on time, clean up, and always leave with a smile. They are two brothers and boy did they work hard. They even hooked up my new dishwasher, over the range microwave and re-caulked my bathtub!
We are very happy and we are definetly using them again for our next renovation. Anyone looking for a budget friendly, worker friendly, and a laid back environment, contact them.
