The renovation began November 2016 and was finished February 2017.

It included a large renovation by Hailey Inc. in Guelph.We converted a very large laundry room into a bathroom with tiled shower and floor, toilet,vanity and wall fan.

The hallway and laundry room were tiled, as well as re routing the plumbing.

The studio room ceiling was completely finished with pot lighting added.The furnace room area was enclosed to make a separate room.

The music room was improved with new lighting and new laminate flooring.

All new light fixtures were installed upstairs and down.

Upstairs the bathroom was overhauled,taking out a closet and tiling the floor and shower,installing new vanity,cupboard and toilet. We love it....

All the bedrooms were painted upstairs as well as the kitchen.

We also had Hailey build a fenced in area for our recyclables outside.They did an excellent job.

This was a major undertaking and the staff are very professional, clean and talented.

Beth,the project manager was knowledgable, answered all our question and offered alternative solutions . She monitored our work closely ,was available at any time and was open to suggestions from us.

Overall we were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship,the cleanliness maintained by the tradesmen, and keeping the project cost close to budget.

Hailey just completed a major renovation for our family. This included a major demolition and rebuilding of our kitchen and bathroom, installation of hardwood flooring on the main floor and luxury vinyl in the basement, new trim throughout and a beautiful front door.

Our family of five were living in the house at the time and although I can imagine it was quite an inconvenience for them at times, all of their crew were very cooperative and kept things tidy and cleaned up the work space thoroughly at the end of every day.

We are incredibly pleased with the end result of all of the renovations that Hailey did for us. Matt and the crew went above and beyond to make sure that the finished product met our (sometimes demanding) expectations. The versatility of their skills is remarkable and it is convenient to hire one company that can complete a multitude of projects.

In addition to this, the project manager Beth Lowndes' prompt replies and "can do" attitude really just made the whole experience a good one.

I will be hiring Hailey for any future renovations. Thanks for a great job guys!

Fast, friendly, at a fair price. I have engaged Haley Inc. for several projects over the years, including kitchen, bathroom and basement rec. room projects. Always helpful with design ideas and other suggestions in the renovation process. Would recommend without hesitation. They can use cabinets you pick or their will build you your own custom built cabinets.

Provided good quality work renovating my kitchen.

As with most renovations in an old building some things came up that were unexpected. Hailey Inc let us know right away and worked with us on the budget so that it did not get out of hand.

Could not be happier with the work done on my two bathrooms. In one, they replaced the shower and toilet, repaired damage to the wall and baseboards, tiled the shower and floor, and painted. In the other they removed and replaced a window. The work was done quickly, everything looked great when they were finished, and the price was very fair. Two days later, I found that the shower was leaking. No problem - Matt came over the next day, repaired the problem and came back again a day later to make sure it was all fixed. I really appreciated that prompt response, and everyone was pleasant to work with throughout. I will definitely use them for any future renovations.

Our family bought a fit-it-up home in April. We hired Hailey's and could not be happier with the results. They converted the lower half of our side split into a legal bachelor apartment. They took our bathroom back to the studs and transformed it into a bright open restroom. They replaced all of our windows, baseboards, trim, doors, updated our electrical wiring, painted and laid our kitchen tiles down. By the time Hailey's was done it was a completely new home.

Big positives: upfront with costs, prices are competitive, but fair, provide realistic time lines, well organized, helpful AND are amazing with young children.
