James and his crew have done an excellent job both times for us. First time was after our building's roof was damaged in a storm, I was in a panic mode so I just called one of the numbers that came up in the search for metal roofing. James answered the call, he and his crew came quickly to secure the roof so no personnel would be at risk of injury due the unsecure roof and that no further damage would occur to the building.
The building is quite a distance away from Calgary so we very much appreciated that they accommodate customers even in remote areas within very reasonable time.
The insurance company assessed that the metal roof would need replacing. James also did not charge any extra costs when he upgraded our roofing material to their recommended quality standard, which was a pleasant surprise.
A few months later we used their services again for replacing the buildings metal siding. Just as before James and his crew went above and beyond our expectations in both the quality of their workmanship and the professional manner in which they operate. I highly recommend James and his crew because they make customers' needs a priority.

This branch IS NOT associated with Langley......and although the work on the roof was excellent and the men pleasant and helpful, the owner then....Matthew....did not pay suppliers and I wound up having to pay $6500 (the lein) over and above the CASH (he ran off with and left everyone here in Langley high and dry to start over) I paid to him......pay for supplies yourself and pay Hays under Matthew in Calgary AB for labor

We are very satisfied with the performance of Hay's Roofing. They were able to accommodate my tight schedule with short notice.
The work on site was completed quickly and efficiently.

New roof on a very large barn with very steep sides ,replaced soffit and fascia as well as new plywood under shingles at no extra charge . (Hays employees also had to battle a wasp nest hidden in roof, the only casualties were the wasp's )They started on time everyday and cleaned all their mess at the end of every work day . Very happy thanks Hays Roofing .
