We had the most exceptional experience with High Class Improvements! Both Kyle and Justin completed a beautiful flooring installation in our unfinished basement, and the transformation is remarkable!! They completed the job quickly, efficiently and professionally, and the finished product is incredible. They also did an amazing job installing the subfloor as well. They worked to cover each crevice and corner with precision and intricacy. High Class Improvements is definitely our go-to moving forward! I cannot recommend their team enough!

We hired Justin and his crew to come in and replace the flooring and baseboards throughout our entire main floor, as part of a pretty large renovation we were undergoing. We originally had parkade running through most of the house, with tile in the kitchen and front entrance area, but wanted to run hardwood everywhere instead.
I got a very good impression right off the bat by the fact that the guys showed up right on time for our appointment. After having countless different trades come by during this entire reno, I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have a crew actually show up on time for our appointment and not leave me waiting around.
The process started with the guys coming by to measure up and provide us with a quote for the work. The quote was emailed to us in about 2 days, and outlined all the different costs for everything. I liked that everything was itemized on the quote, so that I could see what I was getting and didn't have to worry about any extra hidden fees.
When it came to selecting a product, we ended up leaning pretty heavily on Justin for his recommendation since we were unsure of what exact hardwood we wanted to go with. We told him our price point, and the color tone we were looking for and he provided is with some great suggestions. We settled on a slightly distressed Wide-Plank Bamboo, as Justin explained that it is a very hard product and will do well to hide any nicks or scratches that could happen in the future.
Justin helped coordinate the order and the delivery, and made it really easy to ensure everything was ready to go so that the install could be completed on time. His crew scheduled their install in a tight time frame to help us out, since we had other trades coming and going as well.
We decided to go with a nail & glue installation, and boy does it feel nice and solid. The boards look nice and straight, which you especially notice as you walk in through the front door.
Every day when my wife and I wake up and walk down the stairs, we can't help but talk about how much we love our new floors. Needless to say we are both extremely happy with the work these young men did.
We recommend High Class Improvements to all of our friends that mention wanting flooring done, and we will absolutely be having Justin and his crew come back to do any of the flooring projects we need done in the future.
