Just to follow up from our conversation from this morning, we are currently booking into next week and will require the deposit to ensure you are scheduled in, the deposit can be made by etransfer to houbenshandymanservice@outlook.com or if you would like to make payment by cheque please let me know and we can set up a time to come and pick it up.
I also spoke with John regarding the sump pump and he said that he would take care of it when he is there.

k so which i did...send on the 1 nov. so we can book next week.. didn't here anything until he show up at my place witout any warning..or call.Monday nov. 6..made appt. tuesday nov.7 at 8 am. kelly lake supplies...was 15 mins late made smart comment o didn't think u going to show up...what is this..he got paid so his job..was to get the list of supplies which i paid..he could of started the list beside i was paying...Lorne st...in construction.....so John leave and said let me know when the supplies are in..which i did on wednesday nov.8... and haven't heard anything....yet ...until today got feed up call him....tell me will be tormorrow will start...very unsatisfied with the service... demand my refund cause 14 days.. collectin interest of my 2 grand $$ then he tell me KISS HIS A** and wont get the money back till the end of the week is this fair.....?????" plus his work time....

Complaint: This company has owed me money for materials they purchased from me over 8 months ago. After multiple attempts and promises they have made to me for payment, I've had to send this to a collections agency to try getting some of the money they owe me. It seems to me this is not a company i would do business with.
