Nick is very friendly and approachable, had a collaborative approach, and listened to our vision.
We did the Reno before selling our condo and were happy with the results, only wish we had more time to enjoy the new bathroom for ourselves!

Nick and Hannah have been great to work with. I had clear ideas of what I wanted and they were able to make them happen. The bathroom was a gut reno in an old house so needless to say, there were a few surprises along the way, but they were great at walking me through the options. They were excellent at organizing and working with sub-trades, Hannah has great organizing and scheduling skills!
Plumbing and electrical (sub-trades) came in over budget but Nick stuck to budget on the work he did.
Considering this project was carried out during COVID, it went incredibly well.
This is my dream bathroom and I'm extremely happy with the finished result. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Nick and Hannah again, thanks guys!

Our main bathroom was woefully outdated with a tub enclosure over a pre-existing tub and a linoleum floor. We contracted Howson Homes to renovate the bathroom from the floor up so that we, as seniors with increasing mobility concerns, could have a walk in shower to replace the tub. The work performed was done in the time frame quoted and for the amount quoted and turned out beautifully. We have been delighted with the outcome.
We chose the tile and fixtures with the assistance of Nick and Hannah and feel that they kept us up to date at each step of the project.
We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to undertake a project for their home.

I employed Howson Homes to complete initially a three level renovation consisting of a new kitchen, two bathrooms, all new flooring throughout as well as all carpentry work. I dealt with all painting since being a Red Seal Journeyman Painter myself I did the painting myself and managed to save some money.
All work was completed according to the original specifications except where I changed things in consultation with Nick.
The work was done in a timely manner, on budget for the most part and to my satisfaction.
After this job was completed I contracted Howson Homes to complete the basement which included in floor electric heating as well as an additional bathroom.
I would use Howson Homes again if we ever decide to relocate to Vancouver Island as this potential move has been discussed between my wife and I.
