Warning: Go somewhere else! I had 24 windows and 2 doors installed by HunterPro in my own home. One month after install one of the door would not longer work, open or close. The door handle broke as well and could no longer turn. They installed windows and doors overtop of removable thresholds which not cannot be removed as they are partially covered (and look ridiculous). Of the 24 windows, 12 of them have a massive manufacturing issue where either the incorrect sash was installed, or the window is not square allowing air to pour in around the window frame. I made my first inquiry on service 1 month after install. Someone showed up months later, was unable to fix either the door or the windows. A full year following someone else showed up, was able to adjust the door and knew nothing about the window issue. They made the same assessment as the first person a year prior and told me they can't do anything as it is a fabrication issue not an install issue.

Hunter pro corporation is a scam window service - Hunterpro corporation. They go around taking $500 deposits from the elderly with no services provided. My mom was scammed by this company in Nov 2019.

My mom has called and left numerous voice mails and sent texts to the person that came by to provide an estimate - Zoya Caroz. Zoya keeps making excuses and has stopped taking my mom's calls or messaging back. It's heartbreaking to see my elderly mom going through this. The numbers on their company website do not work and when I cannot post a review on their facebook page. I finally paid a visit to the office listed on their website and there was no sign of Zoya. Property management claimed she barely pays the rent and only comes to the office on some days. The property manager mentioned that another elderly couple came by 2 years ago and reported the same issue. She's running a spam operation.

I am trying to avoid any other elders being scammed. Please spread the word. Hunter pro corporation is the company and they claim to do work on windows. Zoya Caroz is the main person that runs the company. She never picks up the phone.

Please spread the word. I can't stand to see another elderly person being scammed.

This lady, Zoya, is a con artist. She will give you unbelievable prices to begin with. She will ask you for an upfront advance and then she won't reply or answer your phone calls.

Please be aware, she is a scam artist.

We got our home windows replace by hunter Pro on December 4th 2017, we didn't pay mind to what type. Of job they did as we were busy attending to my I'll father in the hospital, but come March as the weather was getting better i opened the windows and was having trouble with the locks, they wont work. I called and left a message for Zoya, she called back but only to pay her condolences to a death in the family, when i told her about the issue she said it shouldn't happen, i agreed, she said she was on her way to the factory at that time and will check, i then contacted her a few more times, also got the person who recommended her to contact her and she told them she is too busy to contact me. My windows are leaking a lot of air, they done lock and they won't return my calls.

hertoday is Aug 15th I have not yet hear back from her nor can I get a hold of her or anyone. This company is not good, so don't waste your time or money.
