In the recent wind storm (1 st week of May 2018), my home front roof shingles went missing leaving the bottom wood plank exposed. Naturally I was worried and thinking of getting it fixed by some handy-man to save money. Incidentally I came across with IHCI and got it immediately repaired on emergency basis. And with the right advise of Mr Peter of IHCI i have made contact with my insurance provider and rest is taken care from Mr Peter. Now that my whole roof is done and on time. The workmanship is absolutely nice and meticulous. Thanks to mr Peter and his team.

I hired Integrity to do a 'turn-key' renovation job on my home. The relationship was very good while they were bidding on the job. I had the impression that this would be a good company to hire. I checked a reference provided on it was a decent reference. The contract was negotiated and the work got scheduled. Peter Gill, the owner committed to personally managing the job. So far I was impressed.

Integrity ended up sub-contracting to another firm. They came in a prepared the base for the porch and deck. The following weekend The crew came back and completed the major portion of the work. However, The morning that the job got under way, Peter Gill sat in my kitchen and started telling me story that he was planning to fire the Forman. He told me stories that they guy was stealing from him, was stealing business from his customers, etc. etc. I was astounded that he would share this with me. My impression was that it was extremely unprofessional of him. I responded that whatever is happening between him and his sub, was his business, that I had no reason to know this and that I had contracted to him only.

By the end of the weekend, Most of the larger jobs were done. However, there was a tremendous amount of finishing work to be done. Siding to be finished, all ruble to be removed, painting to be done, skirting to be done, stone to be spread, etc. Peter returned with a list of jobs that needed to be finished and a whopping big estimate to complete the work. All of these items were listed in the contract but he was now asking me for thousands of dollars more to complete the work.

Bottom line is that the job is not done. Peter Gill has quit the job. The place is a mess with material lying around all over the property. An I am left to pick up the pieces. Once the contract was signed, Peter became largely unavailable. He did nothing to manage the work and left it all to the sub-contractor. He yelled and screamed at me on the phone telling me that "he was stressed out with the sun-contractor, about to have a breakdown, that his wife had just left him and that I he quit and that I can f-----g sue him if I wanted to".

If this is the type of workmanship and professionalism that you think you should spend money on and the kind of contractor that you want at your home or place of business, then.... I would not, under any circumstances, recommend Peter Gill or Integrity Home Commercial Restorations Renovations.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT I DON"T THINK I HAVE HEARD THE LAST OF!!!
