Julius Horvath is a licensed architect with the Ontario Association of Architects. He has over 20 years of experience directly involved with projects from planning through to completion of construction drawings and project close out to meet budget and quality expectations for various clientele.
Project types include retail, office, industrial and residential, including custom single family and multi-family residential. Project sizes range from just 1,000 to 55,000 square feet. He also has extensive experience working on site developments for free standing commercial sites and office pads.
Julius Horvath has also gained experience working with landlords to establish the best site location for his client's new builds to achieve best exposure and logistical operation.
He recently upgraded to LEED AP v4, which is a widely accepted accreditation involved with bringing architectural projects up to today's stringent environmental standards.
