Conor and his team renovated our basement (framing, drywall, electrical and paint). His team was efficient, clean and did high quality work.

Conor provided a highly detailed quote, and stayed on budget. He’s an excellent communicator and clearly knows what he’s talking about; he’s very transparent with you about his recommendations and their associated cost.

The site was cleaned up each night, and was left in beautiful condition after it was complete. Highly recommend Conor, and will be using his team again for a garage project in the spring.

Outstanding from start to finish!

AMAZING WORK! Connor and his team helped us complete a gut job reno of our largely unfinished basement in our Toronto century home. We were extremely pleased with the end results and working with Connor and his team was a real pleasure. Despite the challenges of working on an older home and dealing with Covid-19 on top of that, the project started and finished on time (to the day) and on budget. Connor was on site everyday (all day) working with his crew and was always available to chat about items and progress. Even afterhours we could easily connect through text and photos which was very helpful. They were super organized in all regards and billing and tracking change items was really straightforward. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Conor and his team did a new deck (and front yard retaining wall) for me and it looks fantastic -- *lots* of compliments up and down the block. They were fast, efficient, and very professional, and Conor was careful to make sure he knew just what I wanted. Absolutely would hire again.

Conor and his crew were great. He gave me a detailed quote with options and was always quick to consult if anything changed. He had thoughtful solutions to save costs. No up-selling. They left the site clean and safe every day, and he did a walk-through with a checklist when he finished.

Conor and team did a full exterior renovation for my Victorian Semi. the wok included garden, fencing, paving, construction of porch stairs, fascia, siding and significant renovation of brickwork.

Under Conors leadership the team were excellent, worked well together and were always a pleasure to deal with, including accommodating the interests of my young son in construction techniques!

As expected there were a number of questions and issues that come up in a job like this, but every time I found Conor to be organized, timely in briefing and a pleasure to coordinate with. he has great attention to detail and was always willing to listen to changes in brief or design. we always got to a positive solution.

All in all I would certainly recommend the team and have booked them for further work since this job.
