We had a couple of estimates for the work required but chose JanEd due to Ed's professionalism and the good reviews they have received on the Trusted Pros Website. The other contractor wanted to tear everything down and start from scratch. JanED Developments did not think this was necessary as they could remove the worn out materials and replace with new in the style we liked. This, of course, was a good cost saving to us and saved a lot of wood going into the dump unnecessarily. The project was completed in a timely manner and we could not be happier with the result.

Ed did his utmost to stay on budget and we have since recommended JanED Developments to a neighbor of ours.
