After meeting with Chandler, I decided to hire JBR to complete my basement renovation. They took my unfinished basement and turned it into a fully finished in law suite. They were able to do everything from flooring, bathroom, kitchen, painting, etc. They even completed an interlock entryway. Extremely happy with the results of my new income property.

Materials: Materials installed by JBR Contracting are chosen for their quality and durability. In the unlikely event that any of these materials should fail within one year of the installation date, we will replace them at no additional charge. This includes the cost of the materials and the labor required for installation. Exclusions and Limitations This warranty does not cover the following: -Normal wear and tear. -Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or failure to maintain the property. -Issues arising from work performed by other contractors or vendors not associated with JBR Contracting. -Any alterations or repairs performed by others without written authorization from JBR Contracting.
