I own a building at 920 Yonge Street. It was built in the 70's and has an induction HVAC system. This type of system was put into office towers like the TD centre in the 70's. My staff were in winter jackets in the summer and t-shirts in the winter . We experienced a lot of difficulty with the company we were using because they could not find a solution in order to provide us with a comfortable work environment .We searched to find a company who knew how to work with this antiquated system and after much due diligence we found JCJ Mechanical who solved all our HVAC issues. The owner John Melich stayed with the project until our 47 employees were comfortable. We are grateful for what John and his team did for us.

One of our company's server rooms outgrew the HVAC cooling option we had, and we hired JCJ Mechanical to provide us with a larger, 5 ton unit to meet our needs.
JCJ has been providing our company with HVAC services for years now, and this would have been one of the larger jobs he's taken on for us.
John was polite as always, and took the time to meet with our technical staff on multiple occasions to answer their questions and to make sure they were comfortable with the cooling option he would be providing.
The job was broken down into three phases of installation, and Edward and Allan work fast, completing the first two phases in only a single weekend!
Our old HVAC unit was removed, and the new one, including water feed, was ceiling-mounted quickly with the additional duct work quickly following.
John and JCJ have once again done an excellent job, and our technical team is extremely please with the new unit.

I've used JCJ for the past three years, starting with repairs to my Air Conditioner and most recently for the purchase and installation of a new Furnace. John and his team provide excellent customer service and are very dependable. I've found their prices to be more than fair, and I'd recommend them to anyone who requires Heating or AC services.

My husband and i recently hired jcj mechanical to fix our furnace. We didn't have much knowledge about furnaces and what not. We called in and were very pleased with how we were treated and how much information we aquired. The man who fixed our furnace was also great and got the job done properly so far i don't have any complaints we got the best service and was worth every penny!

I don't normally write reviews but I feel the service I received really warrants it here. First off it started a couple weeks ago when I had a no heat situation. I called another local company to fix my furnace. Their tech showed up about 1 1/2 later then promised. After he showed up he proceeded to my basement for approximately 1-2 minutes. He came up and told me the repairs would be around $1600 and he suggested I buy a new furnace from him for $4200. I decide to get a second opinion. I asked a friend who they used and they suggested calling John from JCJ mechanical. What a relief. John sent out Edward who was fantastic and showed up when promised. Edward told me the repair was just an igniter. The thing that lights the pilot automatically. The total repair was $160. I will probably change my furnace in the fall and will definitely use JCJ. I will update my review after I do this.
