We are very pleased we chose Jordano Construction for our project. Cesar has been excellent to deal with, and is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of residential building. They not only built the second story and outdoor overhang, but also did extensive work on the main floor to improve the layout and in the basement for structural support. They were always willing and able to adapt as we changed plans at times, and Cesar was easy to talk things over with to make the best decision for our home. The workers were all very polite and professional, a pleasure to have in our home. I would highly recommend Jordano Construction to anyone looking for any type of renovation or build.

I recently contracted Jordano Construction to remodel about 70% of my home. The team was beyond amazing. Cesar and Tanya brought my dream home to reality. The end result was even better than I could have imagined.

The team were always respectful and fun to be around. When you have people in your home for months it's even better when they are friendly.

Cesar and the entire team at Jordano Construction were outstanding from start to finish. There was full transparency throughout and there were no hidden or extra costs at the end of the project. Their prices were competitive and fair on all fronts. All contractors provided exceptional quality of work from demolition to finishing and it was very evident that they took pride in their work. What really stood out, especially compared to other contractors we have dealt with in the past, is how much they cared about helping us reach our goals and our targets. There were several occasions they worked evenings, nights, and even weekends to ensure the project was complete so we could open for business. Cesar consistently checked in with us and did frequent walk throughs to keep us updated throughout all phases of the renovation. They would go above and beyond to fix and/or finish something, even if it wasn’t something we noticed and often would do it on their own time. We cannot say enough about Cesar, Chris, Tanya and the entire team at Jordano Construction. We did not have any negative experiences with them which is extremely rare in construction. We would highly recommend them for all future construction/renovation projects big or small.

If you are looking for quality workmanship, attention to detail and fair pricing, Cesar and his crew (Brad, who was one of the crew members on our basement project), are who we highly recommend. Great work. 5 stars. Quick and effective turnaround of an old garage into a new work space. Cesar agreed to take on a half finished job and completed it in a timely manner with kind subcontractors and amazing communication. Clean and quick, any construction issues that arose were dealt with quickly and effectively. Very approachable with questions- highly recommended.

It was the best decision I made using Jordano Construction to carry my renovation project. They took out all the worries related to such a major project and completed everything within the estimated timeline. Most importantly they stayed within the budgeted cost and projections. Not only did they built me a beautiful store they went above and beyond and helped me move into my new store.

Cesar ( Jordano Construction) built my family a custom awning in our back yard, overtop our concrete patio and fixed to our house. This job was absolutely stunning. Cesar is prompt, reliable, used quality products and didn’t try to cheat you in the end- a rare professional for the construction trade. Cesar and his team at Jordano Construction have done an excellent job of building the garage and family room addition. This was a large project that was delayed by the city of Burlington and put the timing into late fall. Cesar worked around a tight schedule and rainy weather to ensure that the addition was built and water tight before winter. We could not be more pleased with the job and the quality of work that was performed. Cesar kept us informed all the way through the project and his crews showed up when he said they would.
