I liked how the company responded when I had ice damming. They made an effort to come quickly. The work was well done, and the cost was competitive. I did have a leak, which was fixed as soon as I contacted the company. They guarantee the work, and live up to this guarantee.

They seem like nice people and come in promising a top quality job. So far, 2 big leaks in the roof, both were sloppy amateur mistakes. They talk the talk but do not really understand quality and customer service. They even had the nerve to ask me to pay for the repair to stop the leak on a new roof.
