I had a good rental experience turn bad when the bin was not picked up after two separate confirmations leaving my driveway blocked. I expressed my frustration to the Kevin (owner) who was both calm and patient while I explained my experience. Kevin was a great listener and provided a fair resolution. After speaking to Kevin, I will use the service again.
