We chose Fawad for the renovation of the 2 bathrooms in our rental condo in Pickering, ON as he had been so helpful during the kitchen renovation of a condo we own in Victoria, BC. Even though he was not involved with the work in BC, he very graciously provided samples and advice on the cabinetry and countertop materials as he represented the same company supplying those materials.
Our Pickering tenants were very pleased with Fawad and his team and, apart from a couple of minor issues with finishing touches (which will be addressed), are happy with the final result. Communication was excellent with Fawad keeping the tenants up-to-date at all times. His work crew were always pleasant and respectful and the lady tenant said she always felt secure if working at home during the renovation. Both the tenants and us found Fawad a super guy to work with.

My kitchen was a sight for sore eyes and now it looks like something out of a magazine. There was a LOT of attention to detail and I appreciate that! The contractors that came in were very personable and were masters in their craft! My kitchen is perfect!
