KMS Plumbing has recently installed bathroom Tub, installl toilet and a vanity. This is a new bathroom development. It is a new house so we only had a. rough in done by builder.

KMS has completed the work in a professional manner. I wil recommend them for plumbing works.

Jack at KMS went above and beyond in providing these services to me. He responded quickly to my initial request for a quote, and returned on time a few days later to complete the services. He was professional and communicated very effectively. While the work turned out to be more time-consuming than expected, KMS stood by the original quote. When a minor issue arose, Jack returned and dealt with it quickly and completely. As an unexpected bonus, he painted my new exterior gas line so that it blended in less noticeably with the the siding on my house. I would recommend KMS without hesitation.

Jack showed up on time, was professional, clearly explained what we should expect of the installation and reiterated the warranty and his work guarantee. The soldering and gas fitting were done very nicely. He completed the job within the time promised and left the area cleaner than when he got there. Best plumber I've ever used!

Our tank is nine years old and the copper pipe that feeds into the tank started to leak. We called Jack And he gave us a quote over the phone which was exactly what we paid when he did the work. He was professional, and personable. He did the work quickly and cleaned up very well. I will use Jack again for any of my plumbing needs and I highly recommend him.

Jack did an amazing redesign of our existing system. We now have hot water for domestic and a separate system for our basement in floor heating. Jack and Jake were very professional and their work was outstanding.

Jack installed a water tank on a grim, rainy day. The work was excellent and efficient; a job completed in 90 minutes.

A professional job was done with a professional attitude from Jack--youthful, energetic, friendly.

Jack from KMS plumbing worked in our house on two occasions in last summer (July 2016); first time he came to fix the pipes for our basement shower drain. We were very pleased with his work. When our hot water tank stopped working, we contacted him again. He fixed the hot water tank as well. We do not have any issue with the shower or hot water tank so far. He was punctual, organized, completed his work efficiently on time, and cleaned work place before he left. He provided us quotations in advance with reasonable price and we paid accordingly. I would like to ask him again for any plumbing work in future if needed.

These guys are awesome, they were extremely quick and efficient.

They installed a bath tub, toilet and sink. They were clean and tidy and best of all they showed up on the time said they would. They had all the tools on hand and knew what they were doing.

Jack took up the concrete in my basement and installed rough in for a bathroom, he installed all piping and a backwater valve, after the shower toilet sink was installed he then hooked them up. I was impressed with the quality, upgraded products he used. Even the inspector commented on the quality of the back water valve. Quality job with reasonable prices. I would definately use KMS again.

Jack from KMS has done a few jobs for me, including 2 hot water replacements in a rental building, and finding and fixing a leaky drain pipe. His work quality was good and done properly the first time. Pricing was reasonable and he did a great job explaining my options. What I appreciate most is the he was on time, did what he said he would, and was just very clean, professional and reliable.

Woke up August 9th to no hot water for a shower. Hot water heater had sprung a leak from bottom so went to Home Depot website to hunt for a new one. New 40 gallons were reasonable price but the install was the same price as the water heater and that didn't seem right and a 2 day wait for install for that price seemed excessive to say the lest.

So looked to kijiji for a licensed plumber called several and they gave me inflated quote jack gave the $199 install and Cost of the heater was $550 and jst fast fair friendly service.
