We’ve used Jack for a few jobs in our last couple houses, and referred him to friends as well.

Jack was fantastic from the start. He came over and provided a fantastic quote. He was very detailed with letting me know what he was doing each step of the way. He was very respectable to my wife and I and my kids really enjoyed having him over. They were also very courteous working a little quieter with my young children taking naps. They were also very clean and did not leave any mess behind them. Jack stayed within our budget and was bang on with the quote. Jack and his team got the job done and we are extremely happy with the job. I am glad that I found jack through trusted pros. I would highly recommend KMS to anyone looking for a high quality job well done at a fantastic price. Next time we think of doing anything Jack and the KMS team will be the first we call. KMS Plumbing has recently installed bathroom Tub, installl toilet and a vanity. This is a new bathroom development. It is a new house so we only had a. rough in done by builder.

Jack at KMS went above and beyond in providing these services to me. He responded quickly to my initial request for a quote, and returned on time a few days later to complete the services. He was professional and communicated very effectively. While the work turned out to be more time-consuming than expected, KMS stood by the original quote. When a minor issue arose, Jack returned and dealt with it quickly and completely. As an unexpected bonus, he painted my new exterior gas line so that it blended in less noticeably with the the siding on my house. I would recommend KMS without hesitation.

Jack showed up on time, was professional, clearly explained what we should expect of the installation and reiterated the warranty and his work guarantee. The soldering and gas fitting were done very nicely. He completed the job within the time promised and left the area cleaner than when he got there. Best plumber I've ever used!
