We absolutely liked everything about the service Barb and Brian provided. They were reasonable, thorough, capable and would not be satisfied until everything was just perfect. Barb would see flaws in the paint that we didn't see, and go back over it until it was perfect! Brian did some repairs and the result was flawless. We will definitely hire them again for any work we need!
Brian replaced laminate flooring in my condo and he did great job. He is very professional and pays attention to details, even those that are not directly related to his work .The cost of the project was reasonable and end result met all my expectations.I would highly recommend this company.

Brian and Barb did an outstanding job in renovating and painting my 1300 square foot rental bungalow. This "dynamic duo" completed the work on time and on budget and even did some quick repairs on items not initially included in the scope of work at either no charge or a low hourly rate. The new floors, doors, cabinets and walls look great!
Brian and his wife Barb removed all my old flooring and baseboards, and installed new laminate floors and baseboards. The experience overall was far better than I ever could have hoped, particularly because I'd already hired and fired another contractor before finding Kozy Feet Flooring. From the very beginning Brian and Barb were a joy to work with. Incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful, they definitely went the extra mile to help, even going so far as to offer to mount my TV, once they'd completed the flooring install. They were courteous, keeping me up to date every step of the way. As well as very accommodating- willing to work around my schedule. They even advised to could leave my dog at the house with them, while they worked. I didn't stay in my condo while the work was being completed, but in the few occasions I stopped by in evening, they had completely cleaned up everything before leaving for the evening. The quality of the work completed again superseded my expectations. I fully intend to use their services for any additional renovations I complete in the future, and would recommend them to anyone needing home repairs done. Thank you for making this experiences so great!
Kozy Feet installed our new engineered hardwood flooring on our main and upstairs level. This included the removal of the existing floor, installation of a new subfloor and then the new floor installed on top.
Overall I am happy with the workmanship and the courteous nature of Brian. He was always available to discuss any issue and communicate what he thought was the best method to move ahead.
Unfortunately, our story is a little different than everyone else's. We do not have many good things to say about Kozy Feet. We had roughly 900 Sq Ft of laminate to be installed in our home, which we thought would be an easy job since we had already removed all the carpet ourselves. After waiting two months for them to finish the project, we finally pulled the plug and finished it ourselves. They would show up one day, then not the next without any word to us as to what was going on. While the work they did was decent, we were not happy with the lack of communication, and the job taking way longer then needed. Sadly, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Our company provided a quote to Blair and Wendy to install laminate flooring on the second floor of their house along with a set of stairs. I have my son work with me in the winter when he is not working for a landscaping company clearing snow. It was explained to the clients that he would install the flooring on the second floor area and I would do the stairs. There may be occasion where he will work during the night to clear snow and would not be available during the day. I believe this did happen on one occasion and it was my understanding that the clients were okay with this. During the course of the installation of the laminate which was fully completed as per the original quote, the clients asked if we could install the new baseboards. At the time I agreed to do this but in hind site should have passed on this part of the job as we had may other things on the go. I spent considerable time to to source out baseboards that matched the main floor. Once I tracked down the store I learned that the store had switched suppliers and the product they wanted was no longer available. I spent more time getting samples for the clients that would be a reasonable match with their existing product. During this process i did misunderstand a text message and a couple of days went by where i was waiting for the client to call me after they discussed the samples. I got a text saying he was waiting for me to call and did so right away. A choice was made and i purchased and delivered the baseboards so the clients could paint them as previously agreed. During this we had started a project at another house that involved a renter that became very difficult to deal with and would not allow us to work or we would start working and be told to leave because she didn't feel like having us work that day. The property owner had his hands tied by the landlord tenant act and could not really help. I explained this to Blair and gave him a date that we would be able to install the baseboards. He said they would discuss it and get back to me. He called to say that he would install them. He paid me for the purchase of the baseboards and my time sourcing them. He had also recommended us to another client and that job has been completed. I did install one small piece on the stairs and he texted me to say they hated the color. I gave him a couple of options and was waiting for a response when i received notice of the review.
Barb painted my condo. She was very helpful while I was trying to pick out colors. Her opinions and experience were much appreciated. She always showed up on time and finished when she said she would. Her work was professional and she is a perfectionist. Barb always left the condo neat and clean..If I ever need more painting done, I will be calling on Barb. Thanks for a great job.
Brian from Kozy Feet was fantastic to work with. I originally was looking for someone to put laminate flooring in our place. I had quotes from 4 other companies and Kozy Feet had the best quote. Our floor looks great and we have had many compliments. After that I just kept asking him to do different projects around the house that needed done. He was patient with me, as I had many questions. He always worked around what I was doing. He is courteous and respectful. The work he does is great and I will definitely be calling him for any future carpentry jobs I may have. His prices were very reasonable.
Brian installed a laminate floor in my condo. He removed the baseboards and old carpet and intstalled laminate throughout. He also removed a door and installed a bi-fold in its place, raised the cupboard above the fridge so my fridge would fit, removed the garburator and various other little things to ready my home for occupation. He always responded to any texts, emails or phone calls in a quick fashion so I was never left wondering if things were going to get done. He is very knowledgeable and his input was appreciated. He finished the job on time and on budget. I recommend his work and would not hesitate to use him again in the future. His wife also painted for me and she did a great job as well.
