Their work rendered the new ceiling light wiring added to a Victorian apartment safe and neat-looking, with the unexpected bonus of a new (badly needed) electrical outlet. Kronos did an awesome job in finishing our potlights. They look great and they kept our space nice and tidy.. Price was reasonable and didn't deviate from the initial quote. We will be recommending Kronos to our friends and family!

Stay away from this company
They caused almost a fire at my house because they didn’t install the wires properly and try to say it’s my fault yet I hired them and paid them 800 to do the job
They told me they would refund me because I incurred over 2000 expenses because of this and they lied they are dishonest. Stay away and save yourself problems

Stay away from this company. They are negligent. They didn’t double check the work and it caused a fire at my house.
Hi Deana. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. I regretfully was not able to come check the issue myself, and went by what my electrician informed me, which was that the house may have a poorly grounded electrical system. When the electrical plug was pushed back to the box the ground wire may have touched the neutral wire. I went over each step with the electrician we determined this was the only explanation as to why the spark was caused. The connections, however, were done correctly. I will ensure that my electricians communicate with me more thoroughly in the future, and be more specific on what is done on service calls.

I didn't have power in front half of house & garage. Called a company from internet and they referred me to Kronos. A rep showed up quickly and gave a quote of $500 plus tax. Thought this was exhorbitant but was desperate. After I discovered that my central vac still wasn't working and the basement pot lite hadn't been repaired (thought included in $500). It's still dangling. An apprentice showed up and got into attic and fixed the problem I thought. Discovered central vac wasn't working, that is the 3 outlets in house. I could turn it on from garage. Called Kronos back and asked about Vac. Was told they had to run wire from vac in garage through house. This was without investigating. A electrician friend came to check it out. I didn't ask him originally to fix my problem, I don't intrude in taking advantage of pals. He went into attic and discovered that the wires had appeared to be deliberately cut. My experience with Kronos is not a positive one.

We needed to get our house rewired for insurance reasons. Kronos electric came to our home within a few days and got started right away. Stan and his team were courteous, professional and respected our home. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs wiring replaced or upgraded.
