Kirk and Spencer Randle are very agreeable to hire for renovations. We used them for a tree house project, a partial kitchen reno, and an addition on the side of our dining room. They are very easy to plan with, adding helpful suggestions yet listening to details. They get the work done in a timely manner and are great at removing debris from the project. They work quietly, and with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them for any inside or outside renovation work.

I liked the professionalism from this brother team right from the start. They listened and quoted on what we wanted and didn't add a lot of extra information or confusion from the beginning. They were thorough throughout the job both in timeliness, cleanliness and professionalism. The workmanship was more than acceptable and in fact other than a few minor imperfections (really really minor) I would say they did a perfect job.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of renovation. They knew their stuff!!!!

"We have employed KSR Contracting for two separate home renovations over the past year, the first for 2 bathrooms, the second, our family room. Two things stand out most about the company: their reliability in showing up to work when they say they will, apparently a rarity in this industry, and the consistent high quality of the work they do. Not only did we get realistic timelines of when they could start and how long a project would likely take, but they also were flexible, readily adjusting for unexpected delays, for example when our bathroom fixtures didn’t arrive on time. Their attention to detail in every aspect of the renovations is evident, and they also were able to improvise easily, and offer good design suggestions. Spence and Kirk are honest, hardworking, and courteous, and very trustworthy; they had a key to our house for both projects and carried on the work often with no one home. We would highly recommend KSR Contracting for any home renovation needed.”

I'm pleased to see a picture of my kitchen on their web site. I was pleased with the professionalism of both Spence and Kirk along with the quality of the work. I started them with a small job and saw how well they did so hired them to do the rest of our renovations. I don't hesitate to recommend them.
