Rui promised the home to be built in 10 months. By month 13, he completely disappeared. We couldn't get him on the phone or on email to finish the job. We moved in because we were out of time and found a bunch of things, like inspections and proper tagging of equipment hadn't been done and we had to follow up ourselves with all the various regulations. On top of that, he didn't even register us with Tarion so when there were issues, like siding fall off of our house, shingles missing, windows improperly seated, and many many more building mistakes, we didn't have any protection. It's actually illegal to not register a new build with Tarion.
