Product Warranty: All flooring products sold by come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The specific warranty terms and conditions vary by product and manufacturer, but typically cover defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty typically ranges from 5 to 25 years, depending on the product. Installation Warranty: Master Flooring provides a 1-year warranty on all installations. This warranty covers any installation-related issues such as improper installation, shifting, or settling of the flooring. If a problem arises within 1 year of installation, Master Flooring will repair or replace the affected area at no cost to the customer. Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or alterations made to the product after installation. Additionally, this warranty does not cover color variations or texture differences between samples and installed products. Claims Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact Master Flooring within the warranty period. We will arrange for an inspection of the affected area and, if the issue is covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the affected area at no cost to the customer.
