We hired Andrew to complete our re-roofing project. After completion we wanted to write a review about his excellent service and stumbled upon this site. Our dealings with Andrew were pleasant and he did a great job. Would definitely recommend him to others looking for an affordable roofer!

Andrew Mcleod took $1000 and was suppose to start the job on June 22, 2017 in Thunder Bay but never showed up and did not returned my calls, texts or emails...
I'm sure he skipped town, drove by his place and looks like he cleared out. He's probably heading to Winnipeg to rip off more people!!

We hired Andrew to replace the shingles on our roof. Andrew told us the work was going to be completed in a few days and then asked us to make a partial progress payment (even though the work order we signed clearly stated that full payment was only due upon completion) which we foolishly paid him, not wanting to delay the project any more than he had already delayed it. After not hearing from him for a few days, we asked him for an update and he told us that for various reasons, including having to let his only employee go for habits of his that were causing problems on site, he may be shutting down completely. He refused to refund us the progress payment we paid him. We were left with an unfinished roof in the middle of December, right after a huge snow storm, and scrambling to find someone who was willing to finish the work. It was a nightmare.

Andrew McLeod took my $2000 material deposit and then promptly disappeared. I will be filling at small claims court - Andrew if you want to save time and money and settle please call me ASAP.

McLeod Roofing and construction replaced the roof at my home and that of my daughter. He used only top quality architectural shingles and high . These were confirmed by quality underlay. McLeod pointed out several errors made in the construction of an addition at the rear of my house. This was confirmed by friend of mine who is an architect and also who recommended McLEOD. McLeod always consulted with me prior to additional work. He repaired roof decking and added necessary insulation to prevent ice damming. He was very knowledgeable about insulation and proper venting. My home is extremely complicated: dormers, additions and steep slope. McLeod replaced all flashing material ignored by previous roofers for more than 100 years. At my daughter's house he was able to replace a deck overhang with proper materials. He also leveled the deck. His carpentry skills are excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend McLeod Roofing and have done so. Workmanship, consultation and quality are a part of his services. I would gladly allow any prospective customers to examine his work.

Mcleod Roofing assisted us with a reshingle project we had on a property we had purchased for resale.
They did the work as planned and completed when expected. There were no surprise charges.
If we have the same type of project in the future we will contact McLeod to quote on the project. Overall a good experience.

Andrew has a top notch professional crew. Communication was excellent. The job was not easy with a very steep slope roof and lot of repair work to the structure required. Job was done quickly, the roof looks great. Cleanup was thorough, all debris and nails were taken care of. I would recommend McLoud roofing to anyone.
