By far the worst customer service ever, Metropolitan Mechanical Services Inc. installed a Lennox Gas Furnace and an AC unit, they attached a drainage tube larger than the small tube coming out of the furnace and just left it there, It was not installed properly and when the drainage tube fell, the water leaked on the furnace.. when I called and asked for someone to re-inspect the installation and to confirm that the furnace was not damaged due to the water leak, Mr. Feroze refused to even listen to my concerns, even when I asked him for his email to send him a pictures, he refused to give me his email address,
Please be extra cautious dealing with this company.
