MoldPro has provided several services over the years and every time they are fast, reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable service for mold removal.

These guys were great, fast and efficient. Very pleasant people to work with. They had to remove some mold from a trailer after a water break that was not discovered in a timely manner.

They even provided me with a recommendation to do the repairs of the floors. Who did an awesome job very satisfied.

We moved into our first home and was excited to get some work done to it. After removing some insulation in the basement we discovered some mold along the rim joist on one side of the house. We contacted Peter from mold pro as we were concerned with the discovery. Peter Sr. was knowledgeable and helpful and sent his son Peter Jr to come by and investigate as well as provide us with what we can do. The whole process was informative, fast and very clean. Peter and his team at MoldPro did an excellent job of assessing our attic issues, generating a plan for removal and executing the job. They coordinated well with the insulators so that insulation removal, mold removal and then re-insulation could happen in a seamless timeline. Where Moldpro really excelled was the cleaning process where a crew of three amazingly nimble guys diligently removed every spot including hard to get at locations. I was completely satisfied with the communication through Peter, the work quality and the price charged.

Peter was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time and conducted the gathering of all samples in a safe and efficient manner. He explained the air quality testing process for mold in terms we could understand. Peter was also able to have our ceiling samples tested for asbestos.

All samples were sent to an independent local lab, with results received within 24 hours. We are very happy with our decision to work with MoldPro and would highly recommend their services.

MoldPro provided excellent service in the determination of the type of mold that had developed in a cold room in the basement (fortunately non-toxic), and in the removal of same. They responded quickly, were very professional and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We would have no hesitation in using them again or referring them to others.

We required asbestos testing through the whole house as we were moving it to make room for an infill. The crew arrived punctually and explained the process thoroughly to me. Because we were keeping the original structure, they ensured samples were taken from areas that weren't visible (ie. Plaster from inside a closet). As well, they were very honest. We were paying for each sample and they made us aware that the attic was insolated with wood chips and therefore saved us a bit of money there.

We received our results quickly and Peter called me personally to explain the document that had been emailed to me. Overall, MoldPro is fairly priced, professional, and easy to deal with. We had also used them in the past for mold testing for a different property and experienced the same great service. We highly recommend this business.

We highly recommend MoldPro for asbestos remediation! This past summer, in anticipation of family coming to visit, we decided to remove old basement carpet and put down vinyl plank flooring. We already knew there was 1970s linoleum underneath but as we had plans to just go overtop, we didn't anticipate any problems. That all quickly changed when we started to take off the carpet from the stairs going up in our bi-level home. More lino... more problems.. more worries! We knew that linoleum from that generation were highly likely to contain asbestos and since we were now committed to replacing the existing carpet flooring, we called in the pros at MoldPro. Peter and his sons were amazing! They came out and took samples for testing, and when it was confirmed (no surprise to us), they worked us into their VERY busy schedule to ensure we would be able to complete our renovation before our family arrived two short weeks later. They took every precaution, taping off and enclosing the necessary area and after a few days when the air testing came back clear, we were ready to carry on with our renovations in time to meet our deadline. And while a remediation of any sort is a costly affair, knowing it was handled safely by professionals made a difference. Thank you Peter!
