Mr. Mulrooney replaced the Gabions at our cottage waterfront last fall, in spite of the exceptionally wet weather the work was done as promised before freeze up. He will be returning in the spring to put topsoil and grass seed over the areas of access to the waterfront.

I recommend this company on the basis for their communication and quality of work.

Communication : Seamus listened to what my needs were and worked with me to get them accomplished within my budget. He was very clear at letting me know his skill set and experience. He continued to communicate with me throughout the projects clarifying when needed and giving me his opinion. My schedule is very busy and Seamus was quick to accommodate, working around my timeline.

Quality of work: This company is solid and competent in their work. I am very happy with all the work that was done. I especially liked the way the trim was done around my basement door, finishing the look nicely. There were a couple of leaks at the seams in the eavestroughing, noticed after our first heavy rainfall post the installation. Seamus was quick to attend to sealing them upon my request, and did not leave me hanging wondering when he might get back to do it even though he was busy with another much larger job. Once again .. great communication and attention to detail.

Excellent price, excellent customer service and very professional work! I had our driveway interlock and asphalt redone as well as a lift and relay of interlock in our backyard. professional work, eager to please, and worked weekends to get our job done on time. I would definitely recommend their service and will reuse them again in the future.

We hired Mulrooney Landscaping and Construction to re shingle the roof of my garage. We got their name from a friend, that used them on a previous job and said they were very good. Seamus, the owner, was the one that did the work. He was punctual and curtious. The area around the garage was kept tidy and my wife was was very happy, noticing care was taken to not damage the plants along the side of the garage.

I would like to finish in saying I would truly recommend this company for the work they do.

I was extremely pleased with Seamus Landscape's work. They put down interlock on the front and side of my house. They were very professional, reliable and completed the job on time.
