I contracted My 4 Seasons (Jonh Monk) to construct a fence for me in the summer of 2019. The work was not completed to a satisfactory degree - the fence was out of alignment, out of level, designed poorly and awkwardly, and featured shoddy/questionable workmanship throughout. A short time into the project, it became apparent that they were entirely out of their element, lacking the expertise, personal and business skills to execute the project. Extensive construction debris, personal garbage and damage to the property was left in the wake of Jonh Monk's crew. This was a large project, with a budget of over twelve thousand dollars. My 4 Seasons (Jonh Monk) failed to respond to multiple emails, text messages and voice calls in attempts to resolve and address multiple serious issues. I would not recommend engaging Jonh Monk in any guise, for any type of project, regardless of scope or budget.

Complaint: DONT DO WORK FOR THIS GUY!!YOU WONT GET PAID!! He wont pay you. Ive been trying to collect money from this guy for a month now and he still wont pay. I would strongly recommend you stay away from this guy if you arent doing free volunteer work. I put up a review 4 weeks ago and then he responded and said if i dont take it down i wont get paid that week even tho we have a signed contract well so now im posting it again. I will take it down once i get paid but if its still up that means i havent been paid yet.
