Eddy renovated our bathroom this February. He finished the project on time and on budget. He was also personable and very accommodating. He always answered our calls and would follow through on his promises. We hope to work with him again in the future.

Eddy and his crew did a couple of things for us: Repair and replacement of rotten wooden front steps, lattice work around the porch and deck, replacement of roof shingles on the cabanon, gate repair and construction of pergola/archway, replacement of broken vinyl house sidings, and some ground regrading and stone-laying work.

All told, Eddy and his team were prompt, courteous and efficient. They delivered quality work within the agreed budget and schedule. We are happy with the experience and will call on Eddy for future projects.

This is our second time contracting Nesco Renovations to do work on our home.

The first time, they installed ceramic tiles in the entrance and corridor including the powder room. We were so impressed with the professional results....we hired them again.

The second project was, removal of stair carpet, install stair case, paint a large room and install moldings. We were also impressed with this result

It is a pleasure to recommend Nesco Renovations for any kind of home improvement, renovation, maintenance or repair work of any size. Eddy handles the smallest job with the same professional manner as he does a major contract. He is punctual, efficient and talented; I can also say the same for the guys who work with him. After having multiple bad experiences with different contractors I consider myself very lucky to discover Nesco Renovations.

There wasn't enough room in the space provided to list all the services that Eddy Arseneau and his gang provided. Although solidly built, our 1957 house needed some renovations before putting it on the market.

Along with the services previously listed... extra plaster repairs, painted entire apartment, changed light fixtures and installed pot lights, installed cabinet handles, removed and installed new base cabinets, installed new countertop, kitchen sink, faucet, plumbing, shelving, installed vinyl flooring and membrane, repaired locks, dimmer switches, installed a French drain and gutter system (in record time of four days before the ground froze), painted exterior aluminum trim on house, repaired fibre-glass balcony, replaced three water-damaged fibre-glass steps.

Eddy has a great hard-working and knowledgeable crew- I mention here Donald and Kevin- and the other guys- including his 70-year old uncle, who worked on French drain and gutter.

Words I would use to describe Eddy and the Nesco gang-men of integrity- trustworthy, impeccable, knowledgeable, superb problem-solving skills, honest, respectful, kind, patient, persistent.

Eddy is the rare person who feels his work reflects on himself. He goes the extra mile and he delivers- above and beyond ... I highly recommend him. His prices are extremely reasonable- as I compared with other home-owners who contracted other renovators for work on their houses.

He contracted out for the repairing and varnishing of hardwood floors that had been covered with carpeting for 23 years. He knows how to choose highly-skilled workers.

He is very approachable and willingly gives options depending on one's budget. His estimates did not hide any surprises.

As two projects cannot be completed until Spring thaw, he willingly subtracted the cost of finishing the work from the total bill.

I highly and unreservedly recommend him.

I hired Eddy to repair and improve the concrete stairs in front of my house. He and Alex did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Nesco again.

My front stairs were covered with carpeting, which was disintegrating, and the concrete underneath was starting to chip away as well. Eddy's expertise and professionalism was obvious right from our meeting to do the quote. He quickly identified what needed to be done and was able to explain each step to me in detail. He even took the trouble to pick up tile samples and come back another day to show them to me.

The job itself was exemplary. Eddy and Alex arrived promptly every morning to start work and I was able to see progress every day when I arrived home from work. I'm very satisfied with the final result.

Nesco Renovations is the definition of reliable and quality workmanship and no job is too little or large for them. I have had many projects completed from smoothing out old plaster walls and painting to resurfacing foundation walls as well as plumbing work and I have always been satisfied with the results. I have also seen work completed for others in person as well including full kitchens, and baths, wood floors, tiling, new walls etc.. and and the results are impressive!

I'm a landlord with a few properties and have hired Eddy of Nesco Renovations for repairs and renovations for several years (one project photo is attached). He's reliable, honest, knows what he's doing, and does high quality work. He's not the least expensive contractor, because he insists on doing things the right way, but he's also not the most expensive and will work with you to find ways to keep things within budget when that's required. A good contractor is hard to find, but Eddy brings a refreshing professionalism to his projects that make me happy to recommend him for any renovation requirement.

I had discovered i had some mould caused by a leak under the sink in my kitchen and unfortunately after taking a closer look, I realized I had to take apart half the kitchen to get rid of it. This was the reason for the renovation taking place.

Mould was removed, area was decontaminated , damaged areas from the mould were fixed up, New Counter Was installed, as was new tiling on the floor because the mould had spread..

After renovation , you could not tell that anything was ever wrong. I was overly confident that i had nothing more to worry about and the mould was completely gone. Kitchen Looked excellent!

I have already hired this company to do more work for me.
