I was most impressed with Eric's tradespeople, from the excellent cabinet maker to the electrician and the tiler.

Eric and Val took very good care of the site and everything was left spotless each time they were there. My garage was used for cutting and fitting and it was never as clean as when Val had finished.

If I have any negatives, it was that it was difficult to pin them down on a timeline and as I had to be present to let people in and out, I had difficulty planning my days in advance. Finding out at 10pm at night that the plumber would be there at 9 in the morning when I had already scheduled an appointment led to conflict.

However, my kitchen is amazing and my cabinets are exactly what I wanted and match the original honey oak lowers to a T. Every other renovator waffled on that with the exception of Eric's.

We hired Eric to build our custom designed home. Super reliable, credible and punctual with a good dose of humour! Really appreciated how meticulous and detail oriented he was. if he had any questions or suggestions he was quick to discuss with us to ensure we would achieve the outcomes we desired. His wealth of knowledge includes concrete work, framing, exterior finishing, etc. If he didn't have an answer for our many questions he was quick to research or network with others in the field. A good example of his value for quality, was the day he came over to rebuild our back outside stairs because HE was not satisfied with the outcome. We were. He argued it would be at his cost and time ... yea you can't go wrong with choosing this guy.

Great communication and scheduling of this project. Met with contractor to layout and discuss design. Once project started they finished on time and on budget. Extra work was required at a very reasonable extra cost. At the end of the project cleanup was excellent. Basement was swept out and vacuumed and extra material was stacked in garage to be returned. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
