My husband and I hired Leslie (the electrician) for an emergency. our dryer receptacle was sizzling and we were afraid of a fire. We called him up at 6pm and he was at our house by 7. He fixed it quickly and surprisingly did not charge us any extra fees for the late night call. A+ service. Definitely recommend
Poor communication and did not stay within budget. Did not operate with a high level of integrity and honesty. Although Leslie (Paul) Fletcher told me that the project would be between $3,000 to $5,000, it went over significantly over budget by almost $5,000 - to a grand total of approximately $9,000. Additionally he seems desperate and added additional charges (i.e.: helper, delivery, cleaning, phone calls, etc.) that were not discussed and outlined from the beginning. He and his helper (Melvin) insisted on me paying that amount or they would put lien on the property and he operated in his own interest and believed that I had an endless pocketbook.
Additionally, he was very slow in getting the work done and only managed to get to the upstairs and attic only, when the work outlined within the $3,000 to $5,000 budget was for the entire house. He also damaged some items in the house (i.e.: walls, floors, etc.) and did not communicate this fully and I was forced to repair it.
Mr. Les Paul Fletcher may have worked hard but definitely not smart nor with any sense of urgency.
I would not recommend unless you are ready to get burn on your budget. Overall a poor experience, with extremely poor communication, and slow work progress.
