I hired Neil and his crew to drywall and plywood the boiler rooms for my customers so i can attach all of the pipes and runs his attention to detail and professionalism is above anything I have had to deal with in the past I am planning on renovating my house in the near future and there is none else I would consider hiring to do my work great job NYR!!! l

Neil and North York Reno's did a beautiful job on my new garage and making my backyard look beautiful. They also made my basement into a beautiful living space, putting in a gas furnace, a/c ducts, a gas fireplace and beautiful flooring. And finally, they did a lovely job on my galley kitchen which is now a pleasure to cook in. They always take care of the 'behind the scenes' stuff first and make sure the foundation, pipes and electrical are all safe and good and then they do a beautiful job with the finishing touches (drywall, floors, windows and paint, etc.)

What can I say about Neil and his crew including his son Mark. They are professional yet offers kindness and they can empathize with their clients. He treats you as you are one of his family members and his total craftsmanship (from the start to finish) is like he is building his own house. I have dealt with a few contractors (good and bad) and I can HONESTLY say that "Neil is on my speed dial". Satisfied with his work is an understatement. I trust Neil and Mark (and it is very hard to find someone who is trustworthy in this business). Neil and Mark keep their words and make sure your hard earned money is smartly spent. They don't cut corners and keep you informed of their schedule, any changes, and most of all; they respond to your call or messages within minutes.

Neil and his son was professional throughout the project, stuck to the original contracted price, and kept me abreast of the progress at every step. Minor delay with a subtrade, but nothing major. Assuming nothing goes wrong, or that the warranty is adhered to, this is a perfect job.

Neil and his team did a fabulous job with our backyard Reno. They were professional, hard working, and went above and beyond to meet our expectations and ensure we were happy. They arrived on time everyday, completed the project in a timely manner and stayed within budget. The job site was kept clean and they were always respectful towards our property. We would definitely hire them again for future projects.

North York Renos was recommended to us by two family members, and now I know why – the quality of service we received was outstanding. We hired North York Renovations to remodel our upstairs kitchen and front room. We had them take down the wall separating the two rooms to make an open plan kitchen and dining area with a new island installed to contain a sink and the dishwasher. We were very happy with the completed project. Neil took the time to help us pick beautiful wooden cabinets with a pantry and worked with a granite provider who was wonderful. Using his kitchen designer we were able to see extacly how our finished kitchen would look before we even started the project. We were so pleased with the finished kitchen and dining area (pictures of which are on this website) we hired North York Renovations again to renovate our basement family room/laundry room and they are putting in an extra bathroom with a shower for us. In this day and age, it’s hard to find a company you can trust. I love my beautiful new kitchen and dining space and am looking forward to the finished basement. Keep up the good work.

We hired Neil and his crew at North York Renovations to turn our tired old kitchen into my dream kitchen. The level of service at North York Renos is fantastic. I was impressed by the professionalism of all of the crew members that came to our house and the high standards in both the quality of the work provided and the materials used. Neil helped us pick out cabinets and shop around for a beautiful granite for the countertops. Neil was always available by phone when I needed to talk with him and was very helpful in providing ideas for our kitchen redesign to make use of the space we had in our older home. Everything was done to current code and we were always kept informed during the whole renovations. Thank you for my beautiful new kitchen, I love it! We are going to have you back to redesign our upstairs bathroom next and then put in a brand new powder room for us downstairs. I have recommended you to family and friends when they need work done on their homes.

Our house needed a major make-over and North York Renos came in and made it happen!!! Neil and his crew were professional, understanding and offered many wonderful suggestions. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful, from the wood cabinets to the granite countertops, I just love it !! The bedrooms were painted and the hardwood floors were redone and look great. The living room and dining room were painted and new broadloom installed. The whole experience was fun and I missed having the guys around when the job was done. So after a few months I asked if they could build a back deck off the kitchen. It turned out even better than I had imagined. We certainly enjoy our house now and it's thanks to North York Renos.!!!!!

I had North York Renovation recently redo my home due to a flood. It was pleasant dealing with Neil. I found that he cares about quality and abides stricly by code. He also has a very positive attitude and is willing to work with his customers to make sure they are satisfied with the scope of work. What really impressed me though was the fact that unlike a lot of other contractors, Neil almost always answers his phone when you call him or gets back to you very quickly. I've had experiences with other contractors where if I had issuesdue to some work I had done, it was impossible getting them to come back and fix it. I must say that with Neil that hasn't happened. He makes sure that any issues you may have gets resolved.
