Northern Residential contracting was amazing. We had no issues with the work they provided and everything was done in a timely manner. We hired Kyle first to build our large floating dock for the cottage and had several things done afterwards. Including our deck in the backyard, which turned out to be better than expected, and a storage unit at the cottage for additional room!! Would highly recommed Marc & Kyle for all your contracting needs!

In November 2015, we hired Kyle and Marc, through referral, to shingle our 2,500 sq foot bungalow. They were extremely professional and finished the job in a timely matter. They were both a pleasure to work with and i would recommend them for your future projects.

We had Kyle come to our house and build us a beautiful side entrance deck, he did such a Great job we then hired him to do the faux stone vinyl paneling across the bottom of our house and it also turned out fantastic, I would recommend Kyle and Mark to anybody in a heartbeat, They are very professional and their work is extremely detailed.
