Amazing team of individuals. Very very hardworking, detail oriented and thorough in their work. Craftsmanship is superior. They delivered on time and as promised, while going above and beyond in the delivery from bringing in a cleaning crew to clean before the big unveil, repairing some of our furniture items without us even asking and repairing our front stone step that was cracked are just a few of the many very appreciated extras that left us very happy in the end. Their utmost care and passion for their work is evident in all areas. Solid, trustworthy individuals like Natanael and his Team is rare, especially in the contracting world, from our experiences. They were always on time to the job and diligently working throughout the time they were here each day. As a result of covid and the scope of our project, Natanael was very accommodating and would update us daily (multiple times per day when needed), while also walking us through the details over video conference, so we could see first hand what we were speaking of and discuss options/strategies of approach to consider. He was always able to provide multiple avenues of approach/design which was helpful. We were able to strategize very well together on how we move forward through each stage or challenge of the Reno. They had our backs when things went south post Reno. The whole Team was there to support us, all while helping us navigate through the challenges post Reno. They came back multiple times after the Reno was completed to help us with odds and ends. This left us with a Reno job completed to perfection. We're very thankful to have found the NPC family of contractors and would highly recommend them for any Reno that you are looking to do. Big thank you NPC! As a family of 5 three bedrooms were not enough for us, but we love our house and didn't want to move away. After going over the options we decided to build a new bedroom and bathroom on top of the garage. Upon meeting a few contractors we decided to go with NPC Building because since our meeting there was a fluent communication and Natanael understood what we were looking for. His architect took care of drawings and city permits and once the job started, every single trade gave 100% to have the project finished on time and with an above and beyond quality. We are extremely happy with the results; our house looks amazing and we all have our own space without having the need to move away.

We had a leak in our bathroom and decided that it was time for a complete overhaul. I did my homework and after reviewing several contractors we decided to go with NPC and Natanael. We simply could not be happier with Natanael and his company. From quote day to the finished bathroom - everything went as exactly as promised. There were no delays, no "surprise" costs, no disappointments. Everything that Natanael promised he more than delivered on. He had many suggestions for how best to design and layout the bathroom and he included lots of extras, time - advice - and materials - and never gave me a bill above what he quoted. I paid exactly what we agreed on when I signed the contract. With all the contractor work I have secured over the years this was the first time I was not hit with an additional bill during or at the end of the job. So refreshing!

It is such a pleasure to deal with a contractor who is honest, does what he says he will do, does it on time, on budget - and best of all, always with a smile on his face. Natanael loves what he does and it shows in his work. The work that he did was far beyond our expectations that we cannot begin to thank him for the fantastic job he did for us. The bathroom turned out perfectly.

We are very pleased with NPC Building’s job. The company is well structured since there was always someone available to answer our questions from the quote to finishes. Natanael helped us with the layout of the basement and we have a playroom, and office, a bathroom a service kitchen and an entertainment area. Every space  was designed to be use according to our needs. In two more months NPC will be renovating our 2nd floor; we cannot wait for the outcome results.

Natanael and his team transformed our bathrooms from the "basic" builder-made into modern comfortable spa retreats. Natanael was a great help with advice, be that for colour selection or brand of the tabs. We were concerned about having the renos done while being busy with work and kids activities, but Natanael's team was very organized and efficient; we were comfortable leaving the house to them while we were away and we always found it tidy and without any damage when we returned. They completed the work on time and on budget. Natanael was always available to discuss and address concerns. We have received many compliments on the quality of work in the bathrooms, as well as on their appearance! We recommended NPC to our friends and family.

We had Natanael from NPC Building and Renovations renovate our entire house as well as landscape the front, back and sides of the house. Natanael has very high standards and we found that this extended to all the people he works with. Our original renovation plans were not so extensive but we decided to renovate the entire house as well as the outside as a result of the quality of work from NPC. Natanael is always very good at getting back to us whenever we communicate with him and keeps his promises. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Natanael and NPC renovate our home; we love our home and so do our visitors.

NPC renovations did a wonderful job in our property, my wife love the bathrooms and kitchen renovation but my favorite was the finished and details on every little corner, floors, paint were beautiful done in a very professional and detail manner, I would recommend NPC renovations to those who love to live in a very elegant environment were details are all taken care.

After completing amazing bathroom renovation projects our home, we called Natanael and his team to complete our basement renovation. His attention to detail and quality produced fantastic results. If there were areas of improvement Natanael made sure to notify us, with no obligation to commit. In some cases, his team went over and above their duties and responsibilities. When renovating my home, he was very patient with me which I appreciated. It took me a long time to make up my mind on design and interior finishes. Natanael spent hours with me helping me decide what the best course choice would be for my style and helped review the pros and cons of my choices. I never felt pressured or rushed to decide and was encouraged to take my time to find the best choice for me.

During the renovation, the crew was always courteous and clean always keeping the house as tidy as possible. I was always kept informed of progress and informed of potential issues before they may have arisen. The quality of the workmanship was incredibly and have had many compliments on the work.

After he completed my house I hired NPC building and renovation for my office renovation which was a large undertaking. Natanael and his crew maintained the same qualities discussed above and went above and beyond to ensure my project was even better than I envisioned. In particular, I was impressed how he handled the city inspector, who visited many times, and ensured NPCs work exceeded city requirements which is a huge relief for any business owner.

I will continue to use NPC renovations and have referred to friends who have been just as thrilled as me. Natanael and his team are true professionals - no detail is missed! We have used NPC for bathroom and laundry room renovation a few years ago and recently to finish our basement - the outcome is beautiful! Natanael is very responsive and on budget.
