We had Natanael from NPC Building and Renovations renovate our entire house as well as landscape the front, back and sides of the house. Natanael has very high standards and we found that this extended to all the people he works with. Our original renovation plans were not so extensive but we decided to renovate the entire house as well as the outside as a result of the quality of work from NPC. Natanael is always very good at getting back to us whenever we communicate with him and keeps his promises. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Natanael and NPC renovate our home; we love our home and so do our visitors.

NPC renovations did a wonderful job in our property, my wife love the bathrooms and kitchen renovation but my favorite was the finished and details on every little corner, floors, paint were beautiful done in a very professional and detail manner, I would recommend NPC renovations to those who love to live in a very elegant environment were details are all taken care.

When renovating my home, he was very patient with me which I appreciated. It took me a long time to make up my mind on design and interior finishes. Natanael spent hours with me helping me decide what the best course choice would be for my style and helped review the pros and cons of my choices. I never felt pressured or rushed to decide and was encouraged to take my time to find the best choice for me.

During the renovation, the crew was always courteous and clean always keeping the house as tidy as possible. I was always kept informed of progress and informed of potential issues before they may have arisen. The quality of the workmanship was incredibly and have had many compliments on the work.

After he completed my house I hired NPC building and renovation for my office renovation which was a large undertaking. Natanael and his crew maintained the same qualities discussed above and went above and beyond to ensure my project was even better than I envisioned. In particular, I was impressed how he handled the city inspector, who visited many times, and ensured NPCs work exceeded city requirements which is a huge relief for any business owner.

I will continue to use NPC renovations and have referred to friends who have been just as thrilled as me. Natanael and his team are true professionals - no detail is missed! We have used NPC for bathroom and laundry room renovation a few years ago and recently to finish our basement - the outcome is beautiful! Natanael is very responsive and on budget. We lived in the house and have small children for our renovations and the contractors clean up everyday and are mindful of tools and equipment - very responsible. Would highly recommend!

NPC Renovations have done a number of projects in our house. Nathaniel, the owner, has amazing vision and a passion for making the project the best it can be. He is almost always on site and his workers a very polite, clean and on time.

The most recent project was a total gut of the hideous master bathroom and a refacing of a wood burning brick fireplace that has now been converted to gas.

We have used Natanael and NPC for a couple of renovations. 3 years ago, he renovated our old bathrooms (total gut and rebuild), and we rehired him recently to finish our basement and refinish our entire main floor.

Natanael and everyone that he works with are really hard working, competent, knowledgeable and really trustworthy and kind people. We completed a five month renovation that included a complete gut of the 3rd floor of our 120+year old home. We had every trade involved including an architect, engineer, plumber, electrician, plasterer, drywallers, roofers, painters, tiler, custom cabinetry maker, custom glass, custom staircase and a gas fireplace installer. They were all amazing to have in our house, very courteous, clean and did excellent work! We lived in the house during the entire job. We also replaced the windows in the entire house and put oak hardwood floors and custom cabinetry on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We had an inspector who was very difficult and Natanael dealt with him with professionalism and grace. The budget was exactly what was agreed on except that we added some out of scope items. We found one supporting wall with disintegrated framing from old termite damage in which he charged us a very fair amount to fix. All other surprises whether from our old house or the inspector were absorbed by NPC. The job was delayed slightly but we are beyond happy with the end result. It's better then what we ever imagined. We would recommend his team to anyone and I would use his team in a heartbeat again. The quality of the end result is outstanding and nothing that we inquired about ever bent him out of shape. He is excellent manager and knows his trades well. You can always count on him to manage any job without stress and never rushes to answer your questions and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Natanael and his crew really did an exceptional job in the renovation of our master bathroom in our 20 year old home in Oakville.

From assisting with the design, to coordinating the work, managing the trades and ensuring the project was completed every step of the way, Nate was there for us.

His attention to detail, craftsmanship and organizational skills really worked together to give us a really great renovation experience. He was on-time / on-budget and came back as necessary to make sure the smallest detail was taken care of to our satisfaction.
