They were very courteous and knowledgeable which made me feel very comfortable with them.

What impressed me was his knowledge: he took the time and explained how everything worked and how it will be done. In 2018, a windows and doors installation company installed the egress window in my house. Recently, my basement was flooded twice due to negligence and dishonesty of the previous contractor, and I found out that the water kept collecting in the window well and not going in the drain. I contacted NTL Contracting and waterproofing; Brian came and diagnosed the problem and started the job the next day. Soon after he showed to be the drain that was installed by the window installer; It was only 22 inches deep! Brian and his team dug down and reached to the place where the drain supposed to go. They completed every step that was required to get the problem fixed. Everything was done professionally and honestly. Now I have a proper system of drainage in my egress window well. Thanks to NTL Contracting for securing my basement from flooding again.

We had a big basement flooding problem after the intense rains. We called NTL because they were recommended to us by friends. Josh came the day after I called him and completed the work with no problem. He was very professional and clean.

I've been dealing with major leak in the basement for years due to wrong construction on the side of my house. It was a nightmare situation for me. We had waterproofing done for this problem a year ago. After two months it started leaking again.

I was getting very nervous and was not sure who to trust anymore. My new contractor recommend NTL. Saying they have good reputation. Along came NTL Josh to help and now my basement is dry and all good!

It was not an easy job. We had to dig down about 12ft in narrow space. Down there we had a lot of ground water which made it very hard for them. We had to deal with sump pump pipes, main waterline which was not a easy task. They waterproofed the problem area and fixed everything that was needed. I really mean "every single problem" was fixed. So it took us longer then expected due to heavy work but whatever problem we had on the way they were there for us.

I can't thank enough for what they have done for us. I will still need to monitor till next spring to make sure but I am confident they have solved my headche for good. Josh, Martin, excavator guy..plumber..can't remember the name but were all professional. If you are dealing with major headache water leak problem I would recommend them without hesitation. Two thumbs up for them.

After the heavy rainfall we had lots of water seeping into the basement and ended up with flooding. This was a big job. My basement wall was buckling. The earth behind the wall was ending up on my garage floor. A row of cinder blocks was jutting out dangerously. I interviewed 3 companies, settling on NTL Contracting. Their prices were all very similar. I chose NTL because of their history of major jobs, such as mine. The other companies seemed more 'cosmetic' in scope. The wall was replaced within about ten working days, The clean up was fine. I feel safe again.

My husband and I looked for a company that would be able to come out and parge our foundation wall and replace a couple of deteriorated bricks. We came across NTL Contracting and Waterproofing Inc. in the community newspaper and called them in for a quote. Josh showed up to our house and walked the property. He provided us a quote on the spot and we accepted it. We felt comfortable with him as he was very professional and offered us some peace of mind solutions. His crew came out a week later and completed the work. They were very organized and went right to work covering our property with tarps. My chimney was unsafe and crumbling, so it needed to be replaced quickly. My husband reached out and got a few quotes from some other companies. We did not choose the cheapest as this is a large safety concern to our family and we wanted to choose what seemed to be the most professional. We were no disappointed. The crew with NTL was so friendly and helpful and complexly efficient. (Martin was a true asset) At the end of the day, you would never know that we even had work done. My cottage in North Toronto had issues with its concrete pad foundation. Cracking and leaking almost the entire distance of the house. Getting good trades up north and on an island is always difficult. The team at Ntl were professional in their work, clean but most of all trustworthy in their repair.
