As a testament to the quality of our services and our commitment to our clients, we are pleased to offer you a 3-year warranty on the workmanship of the remodeling services we provide. Below are the terms and conditions of this warranty: 1. Duration of Warranty: The warranty is valid for three (3) years from the date of completion of the remodeling work. 2. Coverage: This warranty covers defects in the workmanship provided by Oakridge Remodeling. This includes any structural or installation issues directly resulting from our work. 3. Exclusions: 1. a. Normal wear and tear, or damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature. 2. b. Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by others after the completion of the project, unless authorized by Oakridge Remodeling. 3. c. Issues resulting from failure to maintain the remodeled area as per maintenance guidelines provided upon project completion. 4. Claim Process: To make a warranty claim: 1. a. Contact us in writing at our office address or through our official email. 2. b. Provide a detailed description of the issue, supported by photographs if possible. 3. c. Our team will review the claim and schedule an inspection, if necessary. 4. d. After verifying the defect, Oakridge Remodeling will take appropriate action to rectify the issue. 5. Limitation: Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective workmanship. Any incidental or consequential damages are excluded. 6. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
