Conrad and Shawn (the framer) were excellent to work with and all costs provided as up front options to decided. This was really important to me because we ended up making some changes to our plans, re: vinyl and railing options and having the cost comparisons meant that I could make an informed decision. This was built during Covid so there were some delays in getting the glass which delayed the original completion date, but Conrad stayed in communication with me on that. The deck had two inspections as per the building permit and there were no issues or deficiencies. Shawn would also clean up the job site at the end of every day which may seem simple but not everyone does and those details also have value for me.

He did an amazing job on our deck! The quality of the vinyl work is amazing, the railings look amazing! He showed us how to do some carpentry work beforehand to save a bit of money which was awesome! I felt very safe around him and he is friendly and friendly. The poor guy was quite busy, probably because lots of people know he’s awesome, so his timing was a bit unreliable. But I still gave him a 5 stars because it was worth it!

Deck Doctors did an exceptional job some 6 years ago at slightly more than half the price of the nearest competitor bid. I recommended them to my immediate neighbour when they moved in 3 years ago and they too are very happy with the quality of material, fit and finish of the work. OK Deck Doctor did an amazing job for us, both on supplying and installing interior and exterior glass railings for a custom home. The exterior were fascia mounted aluminum and the interior on a custom landing/bridge and staircase, mounted with off-sets.

This company had a fair price, showed up on time, were efficent and cleaned up after themselves. They also made no mistakes on a VERY challenging project and were in and out with no hassle. I would have no problem in recommending them completely.

Conrad and his skilled employees are very professional, and did spectacular work.

Deck Doctor built a small deck 11 feet above ground. Deck turned out great. Very well built and looks perfect. Deck was constructed quickly in a few days. I would definitely use company again and recommend it.

Ok Deck Doctor provided excellent service for our money. It was done quickly by a hard working, knowledgeable carpenter. We are happy with the warranty provided as it provides safety to us, the consumer and I think it also shows that this company is confident and stands behind its' product and workmanship.The end result was beautiful and we look forward to spending time out on our deck again.

I contracted with OK Deck Doctor in late Fall of 2016 on the understanding with Conrad that I wasn't in a rush as the snow would start to fly soon. Conrad suggested he could do the job as a "fill-in" between other projects and finish it off before Spring. He lived up to his word. Lead-hand Kyle constructed the deck just before the snow came and had the railings done before the end of January 2017.

Initially I had thought the deck extension could just be "scabbed on". Conrad suggested a better alternative (at similar cost) would be to tear down the deck and rebuild new. He was right. Now that I look at the much beefier support framing and knowing that Kyle dug in sturdy footings makes me wonder why my 40 year old previous deck hadn't collapsed before now.
