Olympic Paving Stone Inc

I am very very disappointed in the work that was done. They cut off the underground sprinklers and when water was turned on this spring the water was spraying out everywhere. I tried and tried to call Bruce but of course he never would return my calls.I ended up having to get another company to do repairs at our cost. I have again tried to call Bruce, but he will not return my calls. He knows what he has done and does not want to deal with it. The only solution I feel I have left is to take Bruce to court. Why would anyone want to deal with Olympic Paving???

This company is horrible, I would never ever recommend them to anyone for any type of service. I hired them to put in a side walk from the front of my house to the back. We had nothing but problems such as, wrong sidewalk design, little to no communication, rushed job with no breaks in the sidewalk, in one area they poured the concrete so thin that it was crumbling and they had to come back with a bob cat and tear it out and re-pour it (at which point they hit my brand new back door crushing the door stop). When settling our bill they charged me way more than my quote because the job took longer than they thought it would. It was just a really bad experience, I literally lost sleep thinking about how I was going to approach them with the issues because they were so rude and constantly made me feel like getting what I was paying for was a giant inconvenience for them. We made a bad choice using this company (should have done more research) and I would hate to see someone else have to deal with them.

This company is to be avoided at all costs!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very quick to take your money and then you wait and wait for the work to be done. Once the work was finally done there were issues with the final product. This was in the fall of 2014. Both owners came to inspect the fence and to of course receive final payment. The fence problems were identified, mainly the west gate which was installed crooked and had to be taken out and reset. The owners recognized this and assured through a handshake that come spring of 2015 they would fix first thing. To make a long story short, the work was never completed in 2015 even though they confirmed by email/phone calls that it would be done. Spring of 2016 came and I tried contacting again to find out when the work would be done. NO RESPONSE from them at all. We completed the work and have reported Olympic Paving and Stone to the Better Business Bureau. The company has also not responded to the BBB!! Avoid at all costs is the best advice I can give you!!!

Worst company ever to deal with. Once they have your money, you don't hear from them and getting anything done is like pulling teeth. When ordered, told 4-6 weeks, 18 weeks later, multiple on site visits to owners and tons of angry phone calls, finally got the fence installed. Poorly done and now won't back any type of warranty. DO NOT USE!
