Ottawa Carleton Construction (OCC) is owned and operated by Frank Porcari. Frank has been involved in the construction industry for several decades. In fact, as a child, his father would take him to job sites during his summers when school was out. Talk about dedication!

Needless to say, Frank has had a hand in everything and has the expertise to ensure that everything goes smoothly from start to finish. OCC offers personalized and flexible service. Clients may choose a TurnKey approach, or select the Construction Management route for active involvement in the building process. Clients work one-on-one with Frank to ensure expectations are understood from the outset, and met throughout the course of the project.
