Joe Mendonca and his coworker took down the old rotting fence and built a new solid structure using fresh solid posts and wood, you can smell the pine scent. Exceptional quality and workmanship. He's a friendly guy, I would highly recommend him . The project was paid from the condo fees. I would use his services in the future when it comes time to build a new backdoor fence.
