Over & Above Total Home Renovations And Property Management

Giannino Vocaturo was hired for a basement renovation. He quoted me a price and made up a contract with all the work to be done. He worked a total of 8hrs over a 3 day period and got 3 deposits (which he kept insisting on) which totaled 40% of asking price. Once he started to take apart the basement, he suddenly discovers damages that needed to be fixed, so needed to be paid more money for it. I refused. He kept insisting to get more money and when I refused he was getting more and more insistant. I told him I would not pay him a penny more until the work would be completed. I have evidently lost that money because he will never give it back to me. He has stolen that hard earned money from me and has done very little work.
