Parallax Contracting Ltd. Was recommended to my wife and I by one of our close friends who had received their services last year. After hearing about their work and seeing their work in person, we knew this was the only company we would like to proceed with. Many other contractors we had reached out to previously could not come anywhere close to Jessy's exceptional customer service and abundance of knowledge. Jessy was extremely courteous and professional when going through the planning stages of our renovation, which remained consistent throughout our project. We would highly recommend Jessy and his team to anyone who's seeking a reliable, honest, punctual and professional company. We will not hesitate to use them again!

Built a new same-sized shower stall to replace the old tub / shower arrangement. Installed two grab bars. Installed new vinyl click-lock flooring over the old linoleum. Painted the walls in the toilet / shower room, improved the room overall and ensured all finishes were complete and done well.

We found Jessy to be very professional in his dealings with us. He managed our expectations very well with respect to his availability vs. other existing commitments. He led the job with one assistant. He understood our budget and actively researched materials etc. to ensure we were aware of less costly item choices. He took extra effort to find materials / choices which addressed our specifications. He cleaned up the worksite daily and removed used materials. He kept track of additional labour and materials, and provided an invoice detailing any expense costs which were not specified in the original contract / invoice. His daily and timely communications during the process ensured that we understood any issues and were able to provide input on choices where appropriate. All these factors contributed to a high level of satisfaction.

Jessy was truly a pleasure to work with. This was a relatively minor project for him, yet he treated it (and us) like a priority. He was courteous and professional, and had great communication, which included giving us regular updates on his work status and pointing out areas of concern in the original construction. He left my garage looking far better than how he found it, and I feel confident that no shortcuts were taken in his work. I'm glad to have found my new go-to contractor for future projects!

We recently moved into our new home and I wanted a few changes made to our garage entrance(s) and the passage way from the entrance hall to the downstairs suite. After a little searching I came across Jessy and his company Parallax Contracting. Whenever I need work done, I’m given options, the reasons for the work needed and estimates that work in my budget. Jessy completes the work quickly and leaves the work place clean (important to me) and much better than it was before. Jessy also provides solutions to problems before they become unmanageable. He’s done several jobs for me, both big jobs and small jobs and I’ll continue to trust him. He’s organized his time well and when he says he’ll do it, he will do it, count on it!
