Sam from Parging Pros and his brother did a great job repairing much of the parging around the perimeter of our house in July 2023. They really made an effort to make sure we were totally satisfied with the outcome, and it looks great. So glad I didn't try and do this work myself!

Parging Pros came initially to assess how to repair the Martex surface on our front porch. This was a new product for them which required detailed research, prior to doing the work. The finished product looks amazing.

We required several areas of parging repair of the foundation walls. This repair was also done extremely well and we are very happy with the work.

All the work showed a great deal of attention to detail.

Over two days in October 2023 Parging Pros, led by Sam, repaired our 35 foot section of foundation and parging. Much of the parging was cracked and some small sections deteriorating and crumbling. The house in Old Ottawa South is near 100 years old with a thick base of rubble foundation. Sam spent time to discuss the options and costs and detailed how the repairs would take place and materials to be used. Once the parging was removed Sam and his team repaired and stabilized the foundation in preparation for parging. This required removal of soft old mortar and some granite rocks followed by a buildup with new cement. The completed foundation is now strong and looks great. We certainly would recommend Parging Pros.

The Parging Pros owner Sam and his assistant did a great job reconstructing 2 cement pillars and parging our foundation walls. We appreciated the extra attention shown to the front porch area where interlocking stones were carefully removed and returned to position once parging was complete. We were impressed with his attention to detail, knowledge and high quality workmanship.
